The challenge over at Project Tuesday this week is to create a box using this tutorial.
I was inspired by Nigella Lawson and decided to use her Hockey Pockey Recipe found here. I was watching one of her shows where she makes this to take to a dinner party as a gift for the hostess. I decided to make a box to put them in, but have not yet decided on the sentiment- hence no tag- ANY IDEAS??
See the Hokey Pokey aka Honeycomb through the window and are yummmmmy :-) especially if you have a sweet tooth like me. I used a bee rubber stamp to create the background paper on the scalloped circle and colored the bees in using my copic markers. The DP is an old one from BasicGrey that I have had in my stash for ages.
And this is what happened as soon as I told my kids I was finished taking the photo's (after much begging....).

Well, naturally the Stampin UP set, "
Smarty Pants" comes to mind that has the sentiment,"What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about" You could mask off everything except the words, Hokey Pokey
LOL, reality stamping, complete with kids begging to eat the photo shoot! Great project and great backstory too!
